The Compass Inn is an old fashioned traditional pub situated on the fringe of the New Forest making it an ideal place to stop on the way home from a day out in the Forest for a meal or a drink.

The pub is THE MOST DOG FRIENDLY PUB IN THE NEW FOREST. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, bars and garden. You can book a meal knowing that your dog can join in.
Join in our DOG WALKS, which are on the first Sunday of every month. ( details here ).

CHARITY SHOP now open daily 12 to 9pm daily.
All in aid of cancer research. All unwanted goods gratefully received.

The landlady of 17 years retains the atmosphere of a proper pub with a cosy bar with wood burner and good reputation for fantastic food at affordable prices. Every homemade large portioned main meal or roast includes a FREE homemade pudding... see choice of meals on our menu page.

SUNDAY: 12noon to 8pm

Glyn Colderwood is walking 400 miles in 10 days to raise money in memory of this father and in support of his brother who is terminally ill with cancer.

We are holding a CHARITY EVENING on the eve of his walk on Sunday 2nd October. 6pm

We will be holding an auction of promises with bbq and bar profit going to cancer research.

Anyone who wishes to contribute please get in touch and all are welcome on the night.
